4.3 Deliverables

Upon full payment of all applicable fees, clients will receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for them, except for:

• Third-party materials incorporated into the deliverables

• Any underlying code, frameworks, or systems used to create the deliverables

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement between Convoluted Conceptz and the client. Unless otherwise specified:

• All fees are quoted in US dollars
• Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in the service agreement
• Convoluted Conceptz reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments
• Clients are responsible for all taxes applicable to the services

6. Termination

• Client shall pay for all services performed up to the date of termination
• Convoluted Conceptz shall deliver all completed deliverables for which payment has been received
